BTW, if a out of warranty PAM is serviced in Richemont, is a warranty period provided afterwards?

I am probably speaking out of personal frustration. I sent my 312 in to service for 2 complaints:
    (1) power reserve did not last 3 days as marketed
    (2) date change did not get filly transitioned past midnight (more like 130am onwards unlike my other timepieces)

    My bigger complaint:
Upon collection, as the kind lady at Richemont was helping to set date and time for me, then the date mechanism got stuck. Watch has to be taken back in for another service and its at least another 3 weeks.

Btw, you guys can request to pick up the watch at their Ion Panerai boutique so that you need not rush to the service center during lunch time

    Bro,

They do...But you will have to pay even if the watch is under warranty. You can call to check on pricing:-)

    Cheers

If I'm looking to get my Panerai polished. Does the service centre do it too? How much do they charge if it's still under warranty?

The tip is replaceable with regular tips. Richemont only sells the whole screw driver.

    The original tip breaks easily.

If you don't mind DIY , you can file the tip to a regular flat head.
